Cannot create Exchange account

Binary package hint: evolution

I am using version 2.28.1 version of Evolution which I installed today with ubuntu NBR 9.10

When i try and set up a MS Exchange account the Authenticate button remains greyed out even after I enter the OWA url. I cannot complete the process.

Not a bug, just my lack of knowledge. I hasd not installed Evolution-exchange plug-in.
