Bug Description
I am running 2.6.31-15-generic.
I ran your software that obtains data about my machine. I'll assume you have a bunch of information about my machine and my problem.
My problem is that my wireless connection to my router goes down. It comes up, works well for awhile and then goes down. I need to remove the USB adapter and re-insert it to get it to come up and work again. It does come back.
I researched this on google and I am getting rt_ioctl_giwscan. 3(3) messages in dmesg. When the wireless link fails I notice the 3 is replaced with a 1.
I am using a desktop, very close to my router. It seems that the wireless interface breaks when I have stepped away from the computer for awhile. I checked my Power Management Preferences and I put the displays to sleep after 30 minutes but I never put the computer to sleep.
