Bug Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a world-writable file in /tmp.
2. Run ivle-buildjail.
What do you see?
An unobvious UnsafeJail exception with traceback, mentioning the file.
What should you see?
An error asking you to fix the world-writable file.
