Bug Description
Our tab called 'subjects' will be confusing to US users who refer to these
things as 'courses'. More generally, people might want to localize the
software (e.g. putting tab names etc in another language). Hopefully
there's a model of best practice we can follow.
It's not the usual use of l10n, unfortunately. We should add some kind of
infrastructure to do that and i18n, though - we might be able to work that into it.
Perhaps we could define a custom Unimelb locale, but that seems like a bad idea.
