Default user to 'ivleuser', not postgres

Bug Description
Currently we configure the database to use the user 'postgres'. This is bad
for security. However, we can't change it at the moment because postgres
owns all the tables.
(This is not a problem in the Debian package).

The documentation still tells you to create the database as postgres, but it also tells you to create a new user, and he creates the tables. The web app is configured to perform all access under this user.
Therefore, I consider this to be fixed.
