not possible to start firefox after re-install kubuntu

Ik krijg een melding Busfout

hieronder alles even weergegeven ik kan het niet vinden
ik heb kubuntu 9.10 geinstalleerd en de home directory laten staan bij een vorige zelfde installatie er was daar iets missgegaan nu heb ik hier een fout

I noticed that some of the messages in this bug report are not in English. If they were translated to English they would be accessible to more triagers. Could you please translate them?

sorry i cannot help you further my clients computer is reinstalled with ubuntu 9.04
It takes too long time to resolve this. I will appear in mind that the next time will install python-launchpadlib so giving more information.
