Bug Description
The default display of the tag sidebar has three issues:
1. There is a left margin with a width about equal to the tag colour boxes. This is wasted space.
2. The item counts are initially beyond the right edge of the sidebar. The user must resize the sidebar to make it wider, but there is no scroll bar indicating (s)he can/should do so.
3. The width of the sidebar is not preserved when the program is closed and restarted.

The wasted space on the left is because now tags can have subtags (just drag-n-drop a tag onto another). This is an expandable gtkTreeView and I don't think there's a way to get rid of that space.
