Bug Description

This work [1] links to this edition [2], but the edition isn't found because of the '/' in the URL. The link should be to [3].

edition, work and author objects have a method `url` that returns the correct url with special characters stripped. This should be used whenever we are linking to any work, edition or author.

There a utility template `books/show` for displaying a book like it is required in the listing. I have replaced call to SearchResultsWork macro with call to `books/show` template in a loop to fix this issue.
