WMF files corrupted after modification

Bug Description
After modifying an existing WMF file (created from Micrografx Windows Draw 6) and clicking to save the inkscape application hangs showing another command window (C:\Program Files\Inkscape\
Please see the attached sample wmf files
1. Modified_sample.wmf is the modified file from inkscape but cannot opened anymore.
2. sample.wmf is the original file and try to add a rectangle and save it.
