Bug Description
On Dapper final release on HP nc4200.
The Clock panel applet formats the date incorrectly in Spanish:
For example today:
vie jun de 9, 10:51 should be:
vie 9 de jun, 10:51

It's a problem in es_ES locale. Next langpack updates will solve the problem.
