Bug Description
When a fixture contains only parameterized tests, it is ignored and the individual method suites are treated as fixtures in the report.

Fixed based on detecting parameterized test cases by name ending in ')' - this won't work if user renames all cases but a more robust solution will have to wait for version 2.0.
