qcommit: unversioned files are not checked by 'Select all'

Bug Description
In qcommit dialog, unversioned file are shown when checking 'Show unversioned files'.
But these files are not checked when checking 'Select all'.
It maybe expected behavior, but I think it is inconvenient.
