Bug Description

When category names in the left column of the launcher is somewhat wider than usual and screen resolution is small enough (e.g. 800x480 as in EEE PC 701), then some applications icons are placed incorrectly - they are rendered with huge vertical space between their and next row (as shown in the attached screenshot). If this happens then apllications below becomes unaccessible because it's not possible to scroll down far enough to select those applications icons.

This happens only if there's no space for three app icons per row: if I hide "Системные утилиты" (System utilities) category, or switch desktop interface to English (where categories names are shorter), then everything's rendered correctly.

Hardware: EEE PC 701 4G, 800x480
Software: Karmic Koala Netbook Remix, netbook-launcher_2.1.12-0ubuntu3

I can confirm that. on UNR 9.10 with german Language settings. English works fine.
Sadly this makes it unusable in german language since some icons can't be clicked.

Confirmed in UNR 9.10. The System menu is missing two rows because of wrong spacing and it's unusable because of it...
