qdiff doesn't allow tab width configuration

Bug Description
When there are hard tab (0x09) characters in a file being displayed in the qdiff window, the tabs are displayed as having a width of 11 spaces. This should be a customisable (and remembered) option so that users can view the diff in the same format that they are used to viewing it in the original file. With a tab width of 11 spaces, a lot of the content of the diff is off the right hand side of the window.
