Bug Description

Binary package hint: wifi-radar

This is my second complete system crash with a black screen since upgrading to Ubuntu 9.10 just after its release.
This time the laptop was idle - had closed the lid temporarily while doing something else nearby.
Had to remove the battery + power cord to get it to reboot - the black screen showed no response to any keyboard/ mouse inputs.
Here's my earlier crash report

Cheers

Ubuntu 9.10
synaptic 0.62.5
