ISO images are not shown in the "Source disc image" menu

Bug Description
Binary package hint: usb-creator
On Karmic.
I can't add any iso file to the menu nor dragging it with the mouse nor choosing it through the menu.
If run from the command-line:
streinsacu@
Usage: usb-creator-gtk [options]
usb-creator-gtk: error: no such option: --ISO
streinsacu@
isoinfo: No such file or directory. Cannot open '~/Downloads/
isoinfo: No such file or directory. Unable to open ~/Downloads/

I can confirm that dragging and dropping does not work (has not been implemented) but you should have no issue browsing and selecting an ISO file by clicking on the "Other..." button.
