Bug Description
Empathy status icon (top-right panel) should allow hiding the contact list window with a left click. Currently when you click it, the transmission contact list window is shown but if you click again, nothing happens.
A On/Off behaviour would be better.

Evolution still don't minimize to indicator applet and we want the behavior for every application to be the same. implementing indicator plugin for evolution is not trivial because that's something upstream.
In short we should not have different behavior for different apps
