Bug Description
Binary package hint: bluez
My OS is Ubuntu Karmic AMD64 with full patched.
I want to try a usb bluetooth dongle under VirtualBox.
Under the Jaunty (9.04) ,I would like to stop the bluetooth service first. And then the VirtualBox can access the usb bluetooth dongle.
But under Karmic(9.10), stop the bluetooth service is not enough! I always get a error message when I plug the usb bluetooth dongle, saying "Failed to create a proxy device for the USB device". I found the "bluetoothd" is runing, so I kill it. But the Virtualbox still get that error.
So I have to remove the whole bluez package and reboot. Then I found the VirtualBox can access the bluetooth dongle.
