fglrx drivers stopped working with new kernel 2.6.31-15-generic

Bug Description
I'm using Ubuntu 9.10, amd64 version. My video card from Mobility Radeon HD 3400 Series.
When I want to active fglrx drivers I get message "Sorry, installation of this driver failed. Please have a look at the log file for details: /var/log/
With kernel 2.6.31-14-generic everything working good.

I found that fglrx with new updated kernel don't come together. Only after following this comment now I have fglrx with new kernel https:/
First I saw that in with *31-14 (where fglrx working fine) I have fglrx in /lib/modules/
