Home menu needs to be minimizable

Bug Description

UNR 9.10 doesn't have the ability to minimize the home menu. This means one is never able to view 100% of the wallpaper. While the Home menu is a great feature of UNR, it should be minimizable.

I think I wasn't clear in my initial bug report.

The issue is not how to change the wallpaper. Nor is it that netbook remix uses netbook launcher. The issue is that netbook remix has made the design decision to make an element of the desktop that is unable to be minimized. No other distro (or operating system for that matter) has elements of the desktop that cannot be minimized.

To force such a large window on the desktop w/o minimization options is a design flaw and a UI mistake. I've reset the bug to new.

Thank you.
