Bug Description

Binary package hint: gtk2-engines

Evolution is unable to send any e-mails with an image embeded .... no error is shown on the normal GUI interface. The e-mail seem to have his image (in the local folders). But the one that receives the e-mail (me or another computer) receive the e-mail without the image data.

I've tried the following :

- Destroying my e-mail account and evolution folders and recreate them ........ Same trouble
- Being sure that the image and folders that depends the image are own by the user with all permitions ..... Same trouble
- Pass the image as signature ........ Same trouble

I've run evolution in debug mode and it seems that there is a recurrent critical error "atk_object_set_name: assertion `name != NULL' failed" witch is linked to GTK+ bug nb 599446 : https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=599446

That bug has been fixed ..... However It seems that the bug hasn't been fixed in ubuntu mainstream.

An update of that package is urging. Only attached documents works for me now. I have the GTK 2.18.4-1ubuntu2 installed witch seems to be the latest version available.

Thank you for the help
