Ubuntu One wont connect

Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client

Just that. When I try to connect, ubuntu one tray icon changes to the full cloud, but 2-3 seconds later it returns to the empty cloud with "!".

I can perfectly connect to ubuntu one from it's page...

Using Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic

Hi Maruel,

first of all, thank you very much for your report! We're aware of this, and we're working on it. I'm closing it as duplicate of the master Bug #455544.

You can workaround this issue by doing the following:

* close the applet
* remove the file under ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf
* start the applet again

Do not edit the "Preferences" until you get a newer client.
