Per file diff doesn't work for paths with space

Bug Description
This is very similar to
#479514 "Can't launch qdiff for file with spaces in the name (win32)"
but slightly different.
In the bzr-explorer per file diff doesn't work when there are spaces in the path to the file.
The main diff (for all files) works ok. Also when in the commit window I can double click on these files and the diff is started correctly.
Error reported
bzr: ERROR: Path(s) are not versioned: Components "C++" 4/yyy/aaa.cpp
The actual path here is "C++ Components 4/yyy/aaa.cpp"
