Bug Description
All slot time remaining calculations should join with the campaign audio table to ensure calculation is actually "paid" sponsorship.
Does this already occur?
This is because any audio will be able to be scheduled as spots based on their mediaID (CSAs, promos and other non-sponsorship media). This will occur within another component.
