Bug Description
In Ubuntu Karmic, when a user wants to remove a USB drive, right clicking its icon on the desktop will give 3 options: "Unmount", "Eject" and "Safely Remove". Why a user needs to see 3 options just to unplug his USB drive? Also, if i'm not mistaken, one of the fixes to karmic was that the system will show a message saying it is now safe to remove the drive. That is not always the case.
