Bug Description

When I attempt to reassign bug #487730 from bzrtools to bzr, I click the edit icon, type in "bzr", and click the magnifying glass, it errors with "Too many matches. Please try to narrow your search."

Either exact matches should always be returned, or there should be some way to bypass the search.

I think a good fix would be to always return exact matches. As a workaround until this is fixed, you can expand the old-style form by clicking the expander arrow icon on the leftmost column of the table and update the text field there.

Also, see bug 471328 which is this same bug for "also affects" use of the picker. I remember this happening with the "subscribe someone else" picker, too. Is there not a way to fix the picker so we don't have to fix this with every use of the picker on LP?

This might actually be a Foundations bug in that case, rather than a
Malone one specifically. Or maybe even lazr-js, depending on where the
code that complains lives.

Fixing the vocabulary should do it pretty straight forwardly.
