Bug Description
Currently failing while checking permissions on a project group's translation group:

DB permissions fix could happen in tandem with bug 487447; the real fix however is still bug 443129.

We've executed a direct GRANT on the server to keep the immediate problem at bay. "Real" fixes are underway as well.
