Inkscape window on top in Windows 7

Bug Description
When I'm using Inkscape, I try to switch to other windows. The other window has the focus, but Inkscape is still on top. This is true whether maximized or in windowed mode. I have the taskbar on auto-hide and the taskbar does not appear when I move down to it. I just turned off auto-hide. The Inkscape window appears on top of the taskbar until I click on the taskbar. Other programs appear behind the taskbar. The about dialog appears behind the main window, but floating windows like Document and Inkscape Preferences appear in front of the main window. Currently using 0.47pre4.

Can't reproduce it on 0.48.2 on win7
