Bug Description

Using the time zone settings in config.ini I want to set it to GMT. But when I set (in both blocks [localization] and [init_location])
time_zone = GMT
or
time_zone = Pacific/Marquesas (as in the example
this has no effect: it uses the computer's timezone.

I checked again, it does work, but at init of stellarium, the difference between the computer timezone and GMT (in my case 1 hour) is counted double. Pressing the '8' corrects it.
E.g. the clock time is 20:00 hrs (GMT+1, computer time). At startup Stellarium sets to 18:00 and after pressing on 8 it is 19:00 and runs correctly.

This bug has not been fix since 2010 which should have been fix by 2016.

When on vacation to various parts of the world, I cannot use stellarium correctly because of this bug.

Maybe someone can actually fix it so that when someone moves to a different location the date and time should reflect the correct date and time at the changed location NOT using the computer date and time.
