the option is there on the context menu, computer -> select the device -> right click -> properties. where are you not seeing that option?

Yes there is option in Computer > select the device. Please have a look at the screenshot here.

I suggest that we have properties option right on device name in the place menu itself. My blind users often feel that this is right way of doing it.
