The problem you report is with the packages from getdeb.org. There is no wesnoth-campaigns package and there is nothing we can do to fix third-party packages. Please report your issue to the getdeb people.
Actually, I did that a while ago already and was told that they should have fixed it in the meantime. Only thing I can suggest to you is to not use third-party packages, things like this often can happen with them and there is nothing we can do about it, sorry. Actually, there is, I could a a conflicts with their wesnoth-campaigns package, but then this would only work around a bug that isn't ours ...
