Karmic don't recognise my ethernet/wifi card

Bug Description

Binary package hint: yelp

I try to install Karmic 64 under my new pc portable Acer 7730G but the ethernet card is not recognise so I can't go to the internet.
The liveCD is the same thing.
I install it with jaunty and my ethernet card is recognise.
My ethernet card is : Broadcom Corporation NetXtreme BCM5764M Gigabit Ethernet PCIe (rev 10)

So It's a real bug of Karmic...

I resolved my bug.
I desactivate acpi on boot with this line acpi=off on the kernel line boot.
