When previewing files, or opening finished ones, incoming folder path is not quoted

This results in error messages by the player, if the file path has spaces in it. aMule should enclose it in quotation marks, so it can be found.

I can't reproduce this bug under lucid. Can you indicate your current release and amule package version? Thanks!

Bug also exists in aMule 2.2.5 Package from aMule website.

To reproduce, you have to set aMules incomming-path to something containing spaces.

For me, this is "/media/Data/My Documents/aMule". Then, if a file has finished downloading, double click on it. Totem (or any other player you set for preview) will launch, then tell you, thats it's unable to find that "/media/Data/My" file. If aMule would enclose that file path in quotation marks, totem would find.

I have tested the procedure as you say (with an incoming folder name called "bla bla") and it's still working as it should: totem launched and the song I downloaded is played. So the bug seems fixed for lucid.

Let's just install from amule-releases ppa and check if it's fixed in 2.2.6. Thank you.
