Bug Description
rev 265 fails when compiling with scons mode=release
thought i post it here also since im not getting any answers in the dev hub someone might get a clue what the problem is.
SWIG Version 1.3.40
Python 2.6.4 (x64)
Scons v1.2.0.
gcc (TDM-1 mingw32) 4.4.0

Tentative fix aplied a while ago, mingw-debugmode wont complie python for now, because of compiler crash.
