Bug Description

When I run the systemsettings application under Kubuntu Dapper (version 0.0svn20060512-0ubuntu1), on the Colours panel, the string "Apply colors to non-KDE applications" always appears with the American spelling of colors, rather than the British spelling as I would expect.

However, if I view the same panel in kcontrol, it appears correctly as "Apply colours to non-KDE applications".

My locale is set to;

LANG=en_GB.UTF-8
LANGUAGE=en_GB:en_US:en_GB:en
LC_CTYPE="en_GB.UTF-8"
LC_NUMERIC="en_GB.UTF-8"
LC_TIME="en_GB.UTF-8"
LC_COLLATE="en_GB.UTF-8"
LC_MONETARY="en_GB.UTF-8"
LC_MESSAGES="en_GB.UTF-8"
LC_PAPER="en_GB.UTF-8"
LC_NAME="en_GB.UTF-8"
LC_ADDRESS="en_GB.UTF-8"
LC_TELEPHONE="en_GB.UTF-8"
LC_MEASUREMENT="en_GB.UTF-8"
LC_IDENTIFICATION="en_GB.UTF-8"
LC_ALL=
