Bug Description

Relevant hardware configuration:
compaq nx6125 (64bit)

I proceed through the installation steps. When I reach step 5, I do the appropriate changes on hda, then I apply this changes.

I have 4 primary partitions:
1: 40 G - ntfs
2: 2G - linux/swap
3: 12G - reiserfs /
4: 30 G - reiserfs /home

Here is the traceback of the crash :
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/ubiquity", line 130, in ?
    install(sys.argv[1])
  File "/usr/bin/ubiquity", line 55, in install
    ret = wizard.run()

the rest looks like bug 45931

let me know if you need the log files when doing a compete partitioning like I described above. Just didn't do it right away cause this takes about 40 min to complete on my 64 bit laptop :((

OK, thanks. Looks like this is the same as bug 48091. The reporter there confirmed that it didn't happen every time for him ...
