Error parsing html in error page

Hello,

An error occurs shows error page when have maintenance contract. I test it in Firefox 3.0 and Opera 9.6. Html code in error_page.mako are malformed in textarea tags. Explanation and remarks textareas not appear, only appears traceback textarea it isn't malformed and before traceback html code that corresponds with the code malformed in file. I include a patch.

I have checked with Firefox 3.0 and Opera 9.6 by generating maintenance contract and it display Explanation, remarks and traceback of textareas. No need to apply your patch anywhere because it works fine for us.
