panel and menubar disappeared on checking autohide and never comes back

Binary package hint: yelp
my menubar was at the bottom and in properties of panel i tick autohide after that panel disappeared and when i move cursor to bottom menubar doesnot come back. I checked by restarting my system as well but no luck.
