Thanks for reporting this bug! Your bug seems to be a problem with the KDE program itself, and not with our KDE packages. But don't worry! This issue is being tracked by the KDE developers at: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=201701
Once fixed in KDE, it will be included in Kubuntu once the KDE version the fix is in in reaches Kubuntu.

This bug in bugs.kde.org is reported also fro Ubuntu packages.

How do you know is this fault of upstream or is it a problem of packaging in kubuntu?

The fact that another person reproted same bug in bugs.kde.org, also FROM KUBUNTU, confirms this bug report here, not invalidates it.

Ok, there also another person confirmed it in kde trunk it would seem; So then this is more of KDE problem indeed.
