Fatal error: Call to undefined function shn_dsm_
Ways to reproduce bug:
Choose "Reporting System"--> Module Reports Aggregator --> Click "Disease Surveillance"
Note: Hapens on fresh Sahana install on Windows

I've noticed this issue before in the trunk while testing modules. Who is the owner of the module associated with this bug so that we can ask for a fix?
