Lance - I think I've finished the first round of maocks for Edit Author.

Still missing: add/edit photo(s)

Can you please mark these up on Upstream, then we'll need to hand off to Anand for code.

A Few Details
------------------
1. Edward and I agreed to introduce 2 new date fields: fuzzy-birth-date and fuzzy-death-date. So, in addition to the default field to enter a specific date (like 1956-06-13), you can also switch to a field that's basically a string. These fuzzy fields are mutually exclusive to their "accurate" version. You can only show either a birth-date or a fuzz-birth-date.

2. We'll need to validate the birth/death date fields if they're the accurate version to accept ONLY yyyy-mm-dd, yyyy-mm or yyyy data entry. If the user puts in another format, it would be ideal if we could validate the format before the form is submitted (a bit like the UI we've introduced on the sign up page).

3. Please add Markdown to the Bio field

4. Staff should have the ability to delete any links added to Author pages (and Works for that matter). So, Lance, please add a red cross like the one on facets on search page, available only to staff, that can delete the links. Perhaps we should add a JS Are You Sure step too.

And now, I'll work on add/edit photo or cover UI.

Lance - please compare www Author fields with what we have on Upstream. Can you do a quick side by side comparison to see what we're missing? I remember I did kill some of them, but...

Yes, let's revert the Fuzzy Dates UI entirely. It's problematic.

So, all we need are two text fields for Birth/Death and people can enter whatever they want. (Identical to what we currently have on WWW.)

I've tested the Author edit page pretty thorougly. I'm happy with what's there.
