Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.5

I get the following error when I try to update anything. Please let me know what causes this??

yzfvie, I don't know if this will fix your problem, but it is worth a shot. It is possible that the file in your cache is corrupted some how, so lets clean out your cache with the following command: sudo apt-get clean

Then run the update manager again and see if you have success.
