Bug Description

Binary package hint: software-center

I saw that the ontv applet only was installable in synaptic. A further investigation revealed that many gnome-panel applets, such as timer applet and music applet was missing. Is this because only packages with .desktop files are listed, and if that is the case, can also packages that install into /usr/lib/bonobo/servers be listed?
