Bug Description

For default installs, ~/mythtv/config.xml should probably be a symbolic link to /etc/mythtv/config.xml, rather than separate files as it appears to be right now.

Throughout the development of 10.04 and trying to improve config.xml/mysql.txt usage it's been decided that this is not a good idea. That file is more dynamically filled and gets updated on mythfrontend launches. For a later iteration of Mythbuntu it will be the primary file to be used.
