The app displays a corrupted screen briefly before the splash screen (which shows properly) on loading but then the entire app works really well using my new iMac 27inch with screen res 2560x1440 with no apparent bugs, having downloaded most of the star files. However, one bug is that if I run the screensaver script I am unable to stop it. I tried the cmd-T to see the bottom left controls and call up the configuration window, but the scripts stop button does not work. My only option is to quit the app and relaunch it to end the screensaver.ssc from running.

There was also a problem with Windows stopping scripts for the 0.10.2 release, which was fixed just after the release was done. I don't know if it's related... perhaps not - the windows symptom was a crash on clicking the stop script button).
Things have changed a bit since then. If someone with a mac (not me) can check the current OSX build for this bug and update here, please do.
