Compiz does not load at startup on Ubuntu 9.10 under ATI Radeon 3600 Series

Bug Description
When i startup ubuntu 9.10 compiz does not load. And if I go to the terminal and type "compiz --replace" it shows me this.
I on Ubuntu 9.10
Under: ATI Radeon 3600 Series (driver installen from ATI web site without problems)
Compiz worked before the last update.
