Cue sheets for CD with HTOA playback incorrectly

Bug Description

I ripped a CD as a single image, which I know has a HTOA: Blur's Think Tank.

I ran pre-gap detection, and Rip correctly finds that the first track has a pre-gap of 6:48 mins. The problem comes from how Rip specified this in the cue sheet. Quite correctly (I think) the first track is listed as:

TRACK 01 AUDIO
  ISRC GBAYE0202063
  INDEX 00 00:00:00
  INDEX 01 06:48:69
  TITLE Ambulance
  PERFORMER Blur

However, in the FLAC file, track 1 starts at 00:00, not 06:48 because Rip hasn't extracted the HTOA. So playback of 'track 1' starts half-way through track 2, and all other tracks are also 6:48 mins out of sync.

I don't know how this is fixed by other rippers. Maybe adding a silent pre-gap to the beginning of the FLAC file?
