SitMap - can't edit or delete manually entered points

Bug Description
In the Situation Awareness module, after manually "add new situation" - the point shows up on the situation map correctly using the marker specified by the feature class. This is good.
However, when you select the item on the sitmap and the details pop up in a big white box, the edit button does not allow you to edit the details of that situation. This is not good.
You can also not delete them from the map. This is not good.
Security is disabled on the instance on which this is occurring.
