Mounting NFS folder on dapper takes forever

Bug Description
Hi,
I did a clean install of Dapper and then mounted a NFS share from a different machine on my network.
It took 1 min 45 sec to mount the drive.
I did some searching and found that if i installed the portmap package on the client side, the problem went away. I now get instant NFS mounts.
I files this bug beacuse it seems to me that mounting NFS shares is somewhat normal and that I think portmap should be a default package in the install.
