Bug Description
I recently installed UNR 9.10 onto a Toshiba NB200 netbook, and have noticed the following cosmetically inconsistent behaviour:
Steps to reproduce:
Hovering an app causes a + symbol to appear, and a black "highlight" on the app.
Clicking causes the app to open
When closing the app, the black "highlight" is gone, but the + symbol is still displayed, whether the mouse cursor has been moved away from the app icon or not.
This is a small cosmetic bug IMO, either both the highlight and the symbol should be displayed only for the current cursor position when the app closes, or no highlights or symbols should be displayed anywhere on the screen. I have a handful of screenshots of this behaviour if required, but it's fairly easy to reproduce/notice once you're looking out for the bug.
